Sienna grew up on the Pembrokeshire coast and has carried the sea's palette with her ever since. After studying Illustration at Bath Spa University she transitioned to fine art watercolour, developing a technique that layers translucent washes to evoke specific atmospheric conditions, the pewter-grey of a North Sea horizon, the acid green of a Welsh hillside in spring rain. She paints from direct observation and from memory, often combining both within a single work. Sienna's paintings have been acquired by private collectors across the UK and she accepts commissions for bespoke coastal and landscape works.
